When to Use Virtual Urgent Care
Reach out when something comes up that shouldn't wait: you're feeling sick, a symptom has you worried, or a minor concern is getting worse instead of better. Common reasons patients contact us include cold and flu symptoms, sinus and allergy flare-ups, stomach bugs, and minor skin concerns.
If we can't safely treat your concern virtually, we'll tell you honestly and help you find the right next step — you'll never be left guessing.
Urgent Care or Emergency?
Virtual urgent care is for non-emergency concerns. Call 911 right away for emergencies such as:

Where is care available?
We provide virtual urgent care in Alabama, California, Georgia, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina. You must be located in one of these states at the time of your visit.
Do you accept insurance?
