We do not provide full‑scope in‑person primary care, but we partner with you and your local providers to help manage ongoing needs between office visits.

Focused Care, Not Full-Scope Primary Care
New Light Wellness offers focused virtual primary care — not a full-scope primary care practice. Our visits cover concerns that can be handled safely by video: selected ongoing health concerns, follow-ups, and preventive guidance, often alongside your addiction care.
We are not a replacement for a full-scope, in-person primary care provider. Anything that needs hands-on care — physical exams, procedures, vaccinations, or an urgent in-person evaluation — belongs with an in-person practice or care setting. If a concern falls outside what we can safely do virtually, we'll tell you directly and help you find the right next step.

Do I have to be in addiction treatment to use your primary care?
Not at all. Our primary care is open to anyone in our service area, whether or not addiction or recovery is part of your life.
Where is care available?
We provide virtual primary care in Alabama, California, Georgia, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina. You must be located in one of these states at the time of your visit.
Do you accept insurance?
We don't currently accept insurance — all care is self-pay. Every service is a flat $85 per visit. That keeps things simple: no referrals, no prior authorizations, and no surprise bills.
