Is Suboxone Treatment Right for You?

Suboxone treatment may be worth a conversation if any of this sounds familiar:

  • Opioids feel like they're running your day — cravings, planning around use, needing more to feel normal

  • You've tried to cut down or stop, and withdrawal keeps pulling you back

  • Use has continued even though it's costing you — at work, at home, or in your health

  • You want your stability back, and willpower alone hasn't been enough

None of that is a personal failure. Opioid use disorder changes how the brain handles cravings and withdrawal, and that's exactly what medication treatment is for. At your first visit, we talk through your history and your goals and decide together whether Suboxone fits.

How Treatment Works

Starting out

After you book, you'll complete a short, secure online intake. Your first visit is a real conversation: your history, your health, and where you want to be. If Suboxone is right for you, your provider will explain how starting the medication works, what the first days usually feel like, and what your plan looks like — before anything begins.

Stabilizing

Early on, follow-up visits are closer together. We check in on cravings, withdrawal, sleep, and how you're actually doing, and adjust your plan until things feel steady.

Staying on track

As you stabilize, visits settle into a regular rhythm. Treatment length isn't fixed and there's no forced end date — you and your provider revisit the plan together as your recovery grows. And because our practice also provides primary care, the rest of your health is looked after in the same place, not treated as a separate world.

Private, Judgment-Free, Built Around Your Life

  • Care from your own space. Every visit is by video. No waiting room, no chance encounters, no explaining yourself to anyone.

  • Self-pay keeps it simple and discreet.

  • Honesty is safe here. A relapse, a past attempt, a rough week — none of it disqualifies you. Tell us what's really going on and we'll adjust the plan. That's what the plan is for.

  • You set the goals. Our job is medical care and steady support around the life you're rebuilding — your life, your pace.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Suboxone just replace one addiction with another?

No. Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) is a prescribed medication, taken as directed under medical supervision. It eases cravings and withdrawal and helps stabilize the brain chemistry that opioids disrupt — without the cycle of highs and crashes. The goal is steadiness, so you can do the work of rebuilding your life.

How long will I need to take it?

There's no fixed timeline. Some people need it for a season; others do better staying on it longer. You and your provider will decide together, based on your stability and goals — and if you ever taper, you'll do it gradually, with support. Don't stop suddenly on your own; talk to us first.

What happens at the first visit?

Mostly, we talk. Your provider will ask about your history, your health, and your goals, and answer your questions about treatment. If Suboxone looks right for you, we'll explain exactly how starting works. There's no pressure and no commitment beyond the conversation.

What if I've tried treatment before, or I've relapsed?

You're welcome here. Recovery is rarely a straight line, and past attempts often teach us what your plan needs this time. Come as you are — we'll start from where you actually are.

Is my treatment private?

Yes. Visits happen from your own space by video, your intake and records are handled through our secure online system and patient portal, and because care is self-pay, there's no insurance claim trail.

Do you accept insurance?
We don't currently accept insurance — all care is self-pay.

Every service is a flat $85 per visit. That keeps things simple: no referrals, no prior authorizations, and no surprise bills.

Where is treatment available?

We provide virtual addiction treatment in Alabama*, California, Georgia, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina. You must be located in one of these states at the time of your visit.
