If opioids have started to run your life, you don't have to face it alone. Our addiction medicine care, including Suboxone treatment, can help ease cravings and withdrawal so you can focus on rebuilding your life — one step at a time. Care is virtual, private, and built around your goals.
Virtual Primary Care
New Light Wellness offers limited primary care by telehealth for adults. We provide focused services such as medication refills, chronic condition check‑ins, lab follow‑up, and basic wellness guidance through secure video visits. We do not provide full‑scope in‑person primary care, but we partner with you and your local providers to help manage ongoing needs between office visits.
Virtual Urgent Care
Feeling sick or dealing with something that can't wait? We offer prompt virtual care for non-emergency concerns, so you can get answers and a plan quickly, without leaving home.
Get quick medical advice and treatment for problems like coughs, sore throat, rashes, minor infections, or medication refills. Our family medicine provider will review your symptoms, recommend treatment, send prescriptions when appropriate, and help you decide if in‑person care is needed.

Meet your provider by video from wherever you are. Together you'll build a care plan, with follow-up visits to check in, adjust, and keep you moving toward lasting health.

What is Suboxone treatment?
Suboxone is a prescription medication (buprenorphine/naloxone) used to treat opioid use disorder. It helps reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms, and works best as part of ongoing medical care and support. At your first visit, we'll talk through your history and goals and decide together whether it's right for you.
Are visits really virtual?
Yes. Addiction treatment and primary care visits at New Light Wellness are held virtually, so you can meet with your provider from home. All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer with an internet connection.
Where do you provide care?
We provide virtual care in Alabama*, California, Georgia, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina — and every visit is held online, so distance doesn't have to be a barrier to getting help. There will be more states added soon.
How do I get started?
New patients can book a virtual visit above or click here. After booking, you'll complete a short, secure online intake before your first appointment. You will be sent an invite for a patient portal via email. Established patients can schedule a visit or log in to the patient portal.
Do you accept insurance?
We don't currently accept insurance — all care is self-pay. Every service is a flat $85. That keeps things simple: no referrals, no prior authorizations, and no surprise bills.
*The state of Alabama requires an in-person once every 12 months.
